• Serve as the point person to field all inquiries from family and friends
• Provide updates to family and friends on the location, dates, and times for shiva events
• Centrally collect shiva meal donations and set up meal accounts
• Maintain list of contributors
• Order and arrange for meal delivery and basic paper goods

Shiva Coordination (Advanced) 
All of the above, plus, for two shiva events:

• Set-up at the shiva home
• Provide religious objects traditionally used during shiva, if desired (washing station, mirror covering, cushions)
• Provide staff to replenish supplies, clean up, and takedown

Memorial Service 

• Event coordination and planning for a memorial service to honor your loved one
• Work with a respected event planner and/or caterer to provide a customized service
